Why We Exist?

We exist to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.  (Matthew 6:10, 28:18-20)

Our mission will never change, while our methods must change.

What We Value?

Biblically Instructed: The Holy Scriptures shall be the source of unchanging truth by which all endeavors are defined and accomplished. (John 8:31-32, 2 Timothy 3:14-17)

Spiritually Guided: All endeavors shall be subject to continuous evaluation and refinement as led by the Holy Spirit. (John 16:13-15)

Mission Driven: All endeavors shall support the accomplishment of the biblically defined mission statement. (Matthew 28:18-20)

How Do We Behave?

Concert not Competition: Jesus Christ is our leader as we work together to serve Him with a diversity of gifts, skills, and personalities to accomplish God’s mission. We are crew-members on an Ice Breaker rather than passengers on a cruise ship.

Share our Scars: We want to see others as Christ sees them. Create an atmosphere where we can be comfortable sharing our struggles and even our failures. What makes us vulnerable is often what makes us beautiful in the light of Christ. A scar is a wound that through the power of Christ has become a witness.

Meet the needs of Others: When we are made aware of felt needs around us we want to do what we can. The Body of Christ does not exist to have our own needs met but rather to meet the needs of a broken world.  The salvation offered in Christ is the primary need we desire to meet. Jesus did not go around giving people what they asked for, or thought they needed. He gave them the living water that would change everything.

Invest in the Next Generation: Inspire, nurture, cultivate, encourage, and equip the next generation. We care deeply about children and youth. We follow Jesus in his love and care for children. Children are not just the Body of Christ for tomorrow but they are an essential part of the Body of Christ today.
