Annual Spring Festival  A HUGE SUCCESS SATURDAY - April 16, 2011 10 am - 1 pm The proceeds went to these Local Missions: South Harbor Shelter ($2500), Meals on Wheels ($2500), Care Lodge ($1400), and the John Wesley Fund ($1400) Shrimp Plates $7.00 includes a generous portion of boiled Gulf Shrimp, Potatoes, Mushrooms, and Corn-on-the-Cob Baked and Frozen Goods Sale also (doors open at 10 am) Baked Goods for sale may include: Pound Cakes, Texas Tornado Cakes, a Strawberry Cake, a Caramel Cake, Egg Custard pies, Pineapple Pies, a Cheesecake, Cookies, Brownies, Breads (Sourdough, Banana Nut, Homemade White Bread) and other sweet treats. Frozen Goods for sale may include: Chicken or Hamburger casseroles, Lasagnas, Spaghetti Casseroles, Chili, Vegetable (squash, broccoli, corn, green bean) Casseroles, Pineapple Casseroles, and plenty more.
